Reine Lydia Saloucou Zoungrana
Born in Burkina Faso and passionate about advocating for women’s leadership, social innovation, and equitable development across Africa. With over 25 years of experience advancing gender equality, reproductive health, and resilience, she is dedicated to ensuring that African women and youth shape the continent’s future.
As former President of Pathfinder Africa, Lydia led transformative partnerships across 14 countries, strengthening health systems and championing women-led innovation. Her earlier work with IPPF Africa and the Population Council helped position African voices at the center of global development conversations.
